ScreenShots - Linux Distros

Another fairly new Linux Distro to review. First thing I have to say is that this distro is based off of Gentoo Linux and it is one of the faster LiveDVD distros that I have loaded up2date. Every application loaded up extremely fast. The icons made this distro very nice on the eyes. The extremely quick responsiveness for a live distro was amazing! This Linux OS is perfect for Windows users who want the online accessibility of the MAC. This distro is not for experienced Linux admins what soever!!!! You do not have root access if you install the OS, since it is locked down. You will have to add options to the GRUB boot loader to get root access.

Zonbu essentially locks this OS down so that users who are not technicaly savy can not destroy it. You will get full access to this OS if you have a 14.99 a month subscription to their site, which give you access to sync up your data to there services and gives you remote access to your desktop from where ever you are at since this product syncs your data to their online services.  In short if you wanted the services ofthe I series of MAC Products while saving alot of money, this is the perfect OS for you. If you are a power user you might find the 14.99 features of syncing your desktop pretty convinient but if you are someone like me who wants total control of your Linux installation, then this OS is probably not for you.
